Dissolution - [2009]

Dissolution is the new exploration into dark ambient realms by Ran Kirlian after four years in the making and several sound experiments and project evolutions. The result is a collection of 11 new tracks exploring sound in a very organic way, where synth drones melts with environmental noises, acoustic sounds and voices to create soundworlds that drives the listener from the deeps of the earth to the cosmic void.

Sleeper - [2004]

This conceptual album suggests an evolutive journey into lucid dream states with deep ambient atmospheres and environmental sounds, from floating soundscapes to tribal grooves, from the deeps of earth to the realms of surrealism... Taken from a live performance based on improvisations, Sleeper collects most of the sides of Kirlian music, including complex textures, subtle melodies, tribal percussions, flutes, shakers, seeds, rainstick, treated sounds and his own voice performing live.

Elements in Motion - [2004]

After 3 years of exploring new paths in the dark-ambient side of my music, this album collects tracks that I prepared slowly and deeply. I wanted to do my best on it, and close friends points it as my best album til now. I'm really proud about the final result and I'm just working in a new album in a similar way. Mostly dark and drone based, source material comes from field recordings, voice and found sounds. Synthesizers have here a minimal presence.

Fade Out - [2003]

Intimate drifting work, floating and space ambient without rhythms and grooves. Synthesizers have here a huge presence, building melodic structures, sometimes far away from the darkness I touch in other works. Recorded using new gear and improved techniques at Blue_Room during winter/spring 2003.

Initial Flow - [2002]

Deep space ambient full of synthetic textures and dark drones covered with subtle details. Initial Flow tries to picture a personal approach of how the universe and life origins could be. Five long form tracks mixed into a deep and calmed flow forming static and inmersive structures for meditation environments. Last recording did at The Kennel during summer 2002 and based on live improvisations and raw ideas with old equipment.

Shore of Darkness - [2000]

Collection of both live and studio recordings during early 2000. Based on improvised live performances & rare experiences. The album flows thru some of the styles of the artist: dark and noisy industrial treated sounds, environmental and atmospheric drones and ritualistic tribal ambient. Recorded at the Kennel January-April 2000. One of my most acclaimed albums.
